Her key skills are leadership, mentoring, public speaking, change management, strategic and partnership development. In October 2013, Suzy was given the inaugural Dr Neville Bain Memorial Award for her work as Chair of Derwent Living a ‘profit for social purpose’ organisation providing affordable housing to people from diverse backgrounds. Suzy has an outstanding record of achievement in the private, public and voluntary sectors. As a mentor, she is a role model, counsellor, advisor, teacher, confidant, challenger, motivator and supporter.
