Leon Mann

with over a decade of experience working in sport and media, Leon has worked with, and alongside, some of the world’s leading companies, most notably – the BBC.

He is an interviewer, sports consultant and filmmaker, who has operated at the highest level of his profession securing a reputation as an industry leader and innovative thinker.

Having begun his career as international spokesperson for football’s anti-racism campaigns ‘Kick It Out’ and ‘Football Against Racism in Europe’, Leon’s move away from campaigning has not seen his desire for a more inclusive and diverse sports industry diminish.

In 2010, Leon founded the Black Collective of Media in Sport (BCOMS), having already co-founded The Football Black List in 2008.

Michael Johnson

has a number of coaching qualifications including a UEFA Pro Licence. He has held a variety of coaching positions and played for a number of teams during his career including Notts County where he was voted Young Player of the Year in 1991 and was also voted Player of the Year on two occasions whilst appearing for Birmingham City FC.

More recently, Michael has appeared as a presenter on the Sky Sports Gillette Football Show and appeared as a studio guest on BBC Midlands Late Kick Off show. Michael is a current member of the Football Inclusion Advisory Board, who report to the FA on all issues surrounding inclusion in the game.

has had 15 years experience as a professional Football player, the majority spent with Midland’s and Southern clubs, gaining three promotions and Winning the Auto Windscreen final at Wembley in front of a capacity 90,000 crowd whilst playing for Birmingham City Football Club. He also has over 12 years Coaching experience both in England and in the USA and 5 years in Coach Education.
